Yoga is a spiritual disciplined practice of repeatedly connecting to the Energy of Body/Mind  and senses to a single point of stillness/presence, it is an ongoing life journey and not just a physical asana/exercise that we have come to love in class. I wish you many blessings in your Yogic Journey.
